Chinese Beauty Scroll Painting – Silk Wall Art – Veil Pond

This silk scroll presents veil pond with quiet confidence. It leads with softly rendered veil, then lets the gaze wander. As chinese mountain painting goes, the veil gives this one real presence.

You can feel fine-line gongbi in every stroke. Both fine-line gongbi and rich color are on display here, soft at the edges and precise where it counts. Do not miss sprays of lotus, or lotus leaf in bloom tucked nearby. Do not overlook distant pond. The lotus is a symbol of purity rising from still water. The scroll rolls for storage and unfurls flat for display. It brings depth to a wall that flat prints cannot match. Hang it where you will pass it often; it earns the attention.

Among traditional chinese wall art, this veil pond example stands out for its quiet charm. It rounds out a grouping of silk scroll wall hanging nicely, with delicate lotus as a highlight. It photographs beautifully, if your walls ever make it online. A restful sight at the end of a long day.
